Why spend part of your marketing budget on a video?
Of course photos are required for selling a property (we offer this service too) but a video brings a home alive and allows the viewer to “flow” around the property effortlessly. We believe that virtual 360 tours are another selling tool but can be clunky and are no substitute for a quality video. Videos can be made cheaply with a smartphone but it can take some skill to make it look good; we use 4k cameras with ultra wide rectilinear lenses to get the best results.
As the video service is offered as an upgrade, the cost can be passed onto the client, or shared with the client, either as an up front cost or a cost on completion. We are currently working with a major estate agent in Winchester, and also a leading luxury developer to help with marketing their new development. The cost is about the same as a virtual 360 package. Use of a drone where appropriate is done by myself, a fully approved commercial drone pilot.
Photographs and virtual tours
Stable Video focuses on the video side of things because we see the value a good video can add. However we realise that photos are needed for brochures and online when presenting a property. We offer a photographic service and also a vitual tour if that is what you or your client needs. As with video, drones are available with pilot for aerial photos where needed.
Privacy concerns
In terms of client privacy, videos can be edited to exclude any sensitive areas of the home such as a safe room or classic car garage.

Photos
The basic package is 20 photos and then pro-rated for more. Aerial images are available with an extra cost depending on location (rural or urban).
360 Tours
We use a 360 camera to create a 360 tour, allowing the client to discover the property at their pace.
Video
A quality video with music really brings in the potential buyer and allow you to guide them in the best way, showing off the best features of the property.
Editing
We are also happy to quote for editing video that is shot by the customer or agent; please enquire for prices.
