What is the problem with selling properties only with photos? After all, that’s how most agents do it. Photos are a great first step, but video creates movement and keeps the view engaged - photos simply can’t do that as effectively. Many of us stream movies at home yet when selling our property we are happy with some snaps and a floorplan, like it’s 1995. Still pictures and floorpans are necessary but not enough. Video allows the prospective buyer to connect with your home, experiencing the flow as the video carries them from room to room. It gets them excited about going for a viewing!
